No Glass is Crackproof: Under high pressure, specific angles, or severe drops, tempered glass can and will crack. It is engineered to fracture so that it absorbs the shock instead of your phone's screen.

Coating Wear and Tear: The oleophobic (anti-fingerprint) and AR (anti-reflective) coatings applied to the glass are subject to natural wear and tear. Over time, these layers will gradually diminish depending on your daily usage, friction, and cleaning habits.
Installation & Warranty Exclusions:
Proper installation is critical for the performance of this product.

Errors Not Covered: Our product warranty strictly excludes any issues resulting from installation errors. This includes, but is not limited to, air bubbles, dust trapped under the glass, misalignment, lifting edges, or cracking the glass during application.

Professional Installation Recommended: If you are unsure about the application process, please take expert help or visit a professional technician for the installation.
​Mobile Cases
Cases are eligible for return/replacement within 7 days of delivery only if unused, undamaged and in original retail packaging with all accessories/components.
Manufacturing defects may qualify for replacement/refund after inspection.
Used cases, scratches, accidental damage, drops, bending, discoloration and normal wear & tear are not covered.
Limitation of Liability & Maximum Remedy:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blueo.in shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to your device—including cracked or shattered device screens, LCDs, or internal components—while using our product.
In any event, our total liability to you for any claims or damages shall be strictly limited to the purchase price paid by you for the specific tempered glass product.
