Shipping

We will ship Your Order within 2-3 Days of successful order via Top Courier Partners with Tracking.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You need to ship the product back to us at your cost.

 

In case of Tempered Glass 

 

if you are not confident in your abilities to apply tempered glass screen protectors, please contact professional service.

Our products are factory made molding, they are checked on real devices with precision. We don't sell raw products.

Curved display smartphones requires precision for tempered glass installation.

If you applied the glass dirtily or roughly, if the tempered glass screen protector doesn't want to glue due to wrong installation, we won't provide you replacement or refund.

Refund/Return or Replacement of tempered glass screen protectors and all products will be applied for damaged on arrival products only

Further Please note Tempered Glass are Crackable and no warranty for tempered glass for future use.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Order Cancellation by Seller  

1. Seller’s Right to Cancel  

   - The seller reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, without requiring consent from the buyer, under the following circumstances:  

     - Insufficient stock or unavailability of the product.  

     - Suspicion of fraudulent activity or unauthorized transactions.  

     - Pricing errors or incorrect product information.  

     - Failure by the buyer to provide necessary details for order fulfillment.  

     - Violation of the seller’s policies or applicable laws.  

 

2. Notification of Cancellation  

   - If an order is canceled by the seller, the buyer will be notified via email or other provided contact methods.  

   - Any payment made for the canceled order will be refunded according to the seller’s refund policy.  

 

3. No Liability for Cancellation  

   - The seller shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences caused by order cancellation, except for refunding the order amount (if already paid).  

 

4. Discretionary Cancellation  

   - The seller may cancel orders for any reasonable business, legal, or operational reason, even if not explicitly listed in these terms.
